Had a great experience. I was a walk in after looking at some cars on line a couple days earlier. I walked in and was asked if I was a 3:00 appointment by an agent. I ended up filling the 3:00 no show with a new car and a great agent. Nathan Meschke answered all my questions and set up the new car for me. He is very personable and I never felt rushed when having him answer my questions and concerns.

My driver's side door handle was replaced. I did have some fundamental disagreements about the charges made, but the actual work was well-done–credit to the mechanics on site. I will also give kudos to Mr. Tao (sp?) the manager, who heard me out and was considerate to me despite our being at odds. I didn't have the overall best overall experience here, but I appreciate the professionalism of the team & wish them the best.

Always satisfied with service the last 8 years. Mary was attentive and thorough. She called when I was on vacation to inform vehicle would be ready. Made appointment and was able to make my trade, approve financing and pick up the vehicle in one visit. Apple play and other features were explained. Pleased with everything.

Whole thing only took 45 minutes. Clean waiting area with plenty of snacks, plenty of reading material, plenty of plug ins for electronics and a tv. All of the staff are super friendly! Never feel pressured to pay for additional services.

The back ordered body side molding appeared, new shade of blue for 23, and I had foot well lights added as or 09 fusion came stock with a switch to go thru atleast 1/2 dozen color choices, I missed it for when you drop a bottle cap in lo/no light situations.

I had a great experience. Nathan was a pleasure to work with. I've been to dealerships that are very pushy, but I didn't feel pressured at all. Nathan was right when he said the car would sell itself. He wasn't pushy with the survey either and only mentioned it once which took the pressure off even that.

The most courteous and efficient service I have received at any auto service center in my 50 years! I was greeted by cheerful employees, directed to a coffee station, and comfortable waiting room. The job was done in a timely manner, charges were carefully explained upfront, no pressure to do unnecessary steps and when the job was finished the man (I wish I knew his name)found me and showed me to my car ready and waiting. I was blown away by the excellent service.
